The Lock-In Protocol is a 6-week comprehensive training program designed to install a new operating system for your health. We combine high-intensity kickboxing with medical-grade data tracking, nutrition education, and mindset coaching to guarantee results that last through December.

6 WEEKS OF UNLIMITED TRAINING ($250 Value)

You aren't just doing a challenge; you are joining the team. For 6 weeks, you get full access to our high-energy kickboxing classes. You will learn real striking technique, burn massive calories, and get addicted to a workout that actually fun.

THE DATA (3x InBody Composition Scans)($90 Value)

Most bathroom scales lie. They don't tell you if you lost fat, muscle, or just water. We don't guess—we look under the hood. You will start and end the protocol with a medical-grade InBody scan. This provides a detailed breakdown of your Skeletal Muscle Mass, Percent Body Fat, and Basal Metabolic Rate. You will see exactly what 6 weeks of dedication looks like on a cellular level.

THE PERFORMANCE ARCHITECTURE (Seminars + Testing)($150 Value)

The Mindset & Nutrition: You get access to our "Fueling for the Fight" Seminar (no crash diets, just performance fuel) and our "Bulletproof Discipline" Workshop.

The Fit Tests: On Day 1, Day 21, and Day 42, you will undergo a specific physical test. We measure your speed, endurance, and power so you have concrete proof that you are becoming a stronger version of yourself.

THE SCHEDULE

Mark these dates. This is a commitment, not a suggestion.

  • SATURDAY, JAN 17 @ 11:30 AM THE MANDATORY KICKOFF We start together. You will receive your orientation, complete your initial InBody Scan, run your baseline Fit Test, and attend the Nutrition Seminar. You leave this day with a plan.

  • MONDAY, JAN 19 DAY 1: EXECUTION BEGINS The Protocol officially starts. Your 6 weeks of unlimited training begins now. (Minimum 3x per week)

  • SATURDAY, FEB 7 THE CHECKPOINT We don't let you drift. We meet for a mid-point progress scan and a Mindset Seminar to keep your head in the game.

  • SATURDAY, FEB 28 THE FINALE The 42 days are up. We conduct your final Fit Test and final Body Composition Scan to measure exactly how much you have changed.

Q: I have never done kickboxing before. Is this suitable for beginners?

A: Absolutely. The Surge Lock-In Protocol is designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors will teach you the fundamentals of striking and defensive movement. You don't need to be a fighter to train like one.

Q: Do I need to buy my own equipment?

A: No! Your gear is included in the $399 protocol. You will receive a brand-new pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps at the Kickoff Event on Saturday, Jan 17th. They are yours to keep.

Q: Is this a membership or a one-time fee? A: This is a one-time payment of $399. This covers the entire 6-week protocol, your gloves and wraps, all seminars, scans, and unlimited training. There are no hidden fees. At the end you will be able to roll into a monthly membership to keep your momentum going!

Q: What if I can't make the Mandatory Kickoff on Saturday, Jan 17th? A: We highly encourage you to prioritize the kickoff to get your gear and orientation. However, if you absolutely cannot attend, we can schedule a makeup time on Monday, Jan 19th to get you weighed in and fitted for your gloves.

Q: Is this just a weight loss challenge? A: No. While most participants will lose body fat, our goal is Body Composition and Performance. We use InBody technology to ensure you are building muscle and burning fat, not just losing water weight.
