No kickboxing experience is necessary. The Circuit Program is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, with instructors providing modifications for exercises to suit individual capabilities.

Wear comfortable workout attire. No shoes allowed on the mat. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and be ready to break a sweat!

From start to finish the workout takes 35 minutes. We suggest planning for between 40-50 minutes for you first session to fill out the waiver and take a facility tour.
